raffi888's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
Nothing in this section operates to limit raffi888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

An account is considered dormant if no login or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. raffi888 may apply a dormancy administration fee not exceeding RM10 per month to dormant accounts, after providing the Member with written notice to their registered email address. Members are encouraged to contact support to reactivate a dormant account prior to any fee being applied.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable legal principles relevant to the operation of the Platform. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or the Member's use of raffi888, the parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation.
Should a dispute remain unresolved after thirty (30) days of good-faith negotiation, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
